I started my career out of college as a Staff Cost Accountant in the carpet industry and then moved into a similar role in the Printing and Sampling industry for cosmetic companies. I worked my way up learning the basics of business, analysis and reporting becoming a senior Cost Analyst and then an Accounting Manager. Do you have specific pricing plans to show?
Packages start as low as $300 a month for reconciling bank accounts and loans but everything is customized to fit your business needs.
Do I really need a bookkeeper?
All businesses are required to file tax returns and pay taxes. So if you are not comfortable with entering transactions, and a lot of people are not, then you should hire a bookkkeeper, even if it is not me.
How many years of experience do you have?
I have over 20 years of real world accounting experience. I'm not a stay at home mom looking to start a career. I have a well seasoned background in accounting.
Your background is mostly in manufacturing. Can you help me?
Manufacturing is the most difficult business model to master and it is my specialty, however, my skills can work for any type of business.
Am I safe leaving my company in your hands?
Absolutely! We will have checks in place that include read only access to banking information and approval requirements if you would like to add bill pay as part of your package.
I haven't filed my taxes for previous years. Can you help me?
I will work on getting your books cleaned up so that taxes can be filed.
Why should I hire a virtual bookkeeper?
An onsite bookkeeper is going to cost you around $25/hr and you will have to pay the business portion of taxes for that person along with any benefits you offer. Most small businesses don't need someone full time.
Will you come to my place of business?
No. I am a virtual bookkeeper and can do everything to help you from any location.
